At ROSALTA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
We offer a 30-day return window for all eligible products. Your satisfaction is our priority!
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Eligible for Return
The following items can be returned within 30 days of delivery:
- Unopened and unused pink salt products in original packaging
- Salt lamps with manufacturing defects
- Kitchen essentials and salt plates in original condition
- Products damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items received
1.2 Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used edible salt products (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Bulk orders over 25kg (unless defective)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Products returned after 30 days

How to Return Your Order

We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Ship the Return
Send the package to our return address with the RAN clearly marked.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
- Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval
4. Exchanges
We're happy to exchange products for a different size, variety, or replacement of the same item. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the original for a refund. This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, we'll replace them at no extra cost to you.
What to Do:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email photos to naeemafridi81@gmail.com
- Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved

6. Return Shipping
6.1 Return Shipping Costs
- Our Error or Defect: We cover all return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Wrong Address Provided: Customer covers reshipping costs
6.2 Recommended Shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. ROSALTA is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
7. International Returns
For international orders:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Customer must handle any customs duties or taxes
- Returns must be sent with proper customs declarations
- Extended processing time may apply (10-15 business days)
8. Special Circumstances
8.1 Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders have different return conditions:
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Subject to restocking fee of 15% for change of mind
- Minimum return quantity applies
- Contact our wholesale team for specific terms
8.2 Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift:
- We'll issue store credit for the value of the item
- Gift receipt or order number required
- Original purchaser will not be notified
